Nintendo 3DS will be home to a spinoff to the Capcom published Lost Planet series, the publisher has announced. E.X Troopers is an all new "action shooter" title for the Nintendo 3DS that will be set in the Lost Planet universe. Nintendo 3DS games can now be patched up, thanks to an all new firmware update released worldwide today. The first game to take advantage of the patch will be Mario Kart 7.
