Nintendo 3DS No Longer Selling at a Loss

In addition to laying out the earnings from April – June 2012, Nintendo have announced effective today that Nintendo 3DS is no longer being sold at a loss.

Nintendo 3DS will now be profitable starting today, which is spectacular news for the company, its investors and certainly the fans who rely on their gaming dollars to go into R&D and advertising new products.

Nintendo posted a loss for the first financial quarter for the year, but the result is better than the same period in the previous years, despite lower sales numbers.
